BSH Remediation Limited (BSH) were commissioned by a large PLC house builder to remediate a former factory site in the North West.
Working alongside a third party independent consultancy BSH delivered a remediated development platform cut/fill earthworks for the client.
Works on site included the decommissioning of a large sub station, asbestos removal, demolition and remediation of the site due to its historical industrial past.

Integrated Soil Management
he site was managed alongside a nearby development site owned by the client moving materials (soils) to effectively manage a soils strategy, which benefited the client on both developments.
These works were completed under the CL:aire protocol for materials management. The MMP was also utilised in the generation and site re-use of significant volumes of aggregate’s from in-ground obstructions to the benefit of the client, reducing the requirement for import of suitable capping materials.
As part of the development, BSH Remediation worked alongside its partner PC Construction to deliver a cost effective retaining wall structure to enable the development.
